BBC is becoming more inclined towards HD photos and videos these days. They have recently unvealed their sample footage of the South Pacific Documentary. The footage has been taken using a $100,000 high-speed HD camera, a modified version of the TyphoonHD4. The Typhoon HD4 is capable of recording super slow motion and high definition at 20 times the speed of a normal HD camera. The embedded video is of the big wave surfer Dylan Longbottom taken by the camera in a 12 foot monster barrel.
