This steampunk PC is called Telecalculograph Mk II and is built by steampunk artist Jake Hildebrand. The Telecalculograph Mk II is actually a cutting edge PC and is being given away to promote the new steampunk Damnation game. The damnation steampunk PC can be yours for free, all you have to do is create some sort of media like video, artwork etc. to show your love for steampunk designs.
