This has actually been sold and not for $2,500 but someone offered the seller US $4,000.99. And we thought 2500 was too much for this.

Looks like the auction has ended so either he took it down, Bill Gates bought them and is going to use them as a prize for the next Microsoft sponsored xBox competition (I really like that idea) OR the hugest xBox fan in the galaxy got them and they will sit in a display case until the grandkids grow up and get ahold of them.
